I feel the same way as some of the reviewers here... Have been here many times and have watched it deteriorate. The staff is constantly changing, you can not get a refund or reimbursement (so dont decide on a service if you arent one hundred percent committed to it because there is no option out if you change your mind.) and Ive begun to realise that my wellbeing is not important here but rather how much I am able to spend every time I have gone. Also, they will call you non stop (even after you ask them not to) to try to get you to sign up for their promotions. Ive told them not to and every month it seems a new girl is calling about yet another ""deal"". My ""commitment"" is done with this spa and so am I!
Pros: Seemed so relaxing and friendly at first.
Cons: your time is rushed and they never stop calling you!
