This is crazy... obviously the owners or staff of this place are writing the reviews because somehow the highly rated ones all sound like they are written by the same person... yet the negative reviews are varied.... and somehow there are none in between???\r
the staff turnover is ridiculous, unqualified receptionists do skin analysis', its all about the sale and if you have a problem, you can never reach the owner who's always there but not available...\r
At one time you could never find an appointment time because the place was so busy.... now the place is empty.... that speaks for itself.\r
The staff are wonderful and always try to make you feel good..... the owner is another story!
Pros: Staff are great -
Cons: Owner is clearly all about the Sale and not about the client.
