I like going to yuvan. I have been going there for over 2years now, and all I can say is if I agreed with the bad reviews I would have stopped going there a long time ago. Check it out yourself, it seems some disgruntled employees are putting up bad reviews. I have known the owner and the esthecian since I started going there and they are both very professional, kind, soft spoken educated women. I would say the owner will not let any slacking employees slide by, she holds them to the highest standard....this might be the reason for turnover. I appreciate the high standards of knowledge and customer service maintained by the owners. I really appreciate the fact that even the front desk can tell me what ingredients make that particular product good for my skin. I cannot say enough good things about christine and siddhi. I like the front desk staff too, they are very courteous. They always call me for confirming my appointments and after my appointment to address any questions or concerns.
