Review content:
I've been bringing my dogs here for daycamp for more than three years and this is the only place I trust to board my dogs. Yes, they've had some turnover issues, but Neil and Chip seem to be working through it. I have never had a problem with the staff; each and every person I've encountered has been helpful and friendly. As for the person who mentioned, ""uneducated, unprofessional white trash old women,"" why does someone have to be young and attractive to take care of your dog? What kind of education do you need to make sure the dogs don't get into fights, or to love the dogs? As long as they have someone knowledgeable on staff and easy access to a vet, all the employees don't need to be vet techs.\r

They keep the front pretty clean, but dogs have accidents in the lobby because they get so excited. The staff immediately cleans up the mess, but they don't always have time for a deep cleaning right then; that may be why people have complained about the dog smell. Some days are worse than others, but they get it taken care of as soon as possible. \r

As for how they treat the dogs, I have never had a concern that my girls are being treated well. They get really excited when they see their favorite staffers. People should know that every business has it's problems, but as long as they treat me and my dogs well, I'll keep bringing my dogs here.
Pros: Friendly, helpful employees
Cons: Expensive (but still worth it)
