We long for the old days when this restaurant ruled the Chinese scene in West Hartford. Moved to glitzy new digs on Park Road, the glitz can't make up for the decline in food and service. The good thing we can say is that the drinks are good (not so in its old incarnation). The food is the usual salty Chinese Restaurant fare, with a lack of any creativity when it comes to Chef's Specials. The bar habitues are a peculiar, interesting bunch. You'll need to wait with them on a busy night. Service was laughable at times (imagine forgetting cutlery even after being reminded - leaving us barehanded with hot appetizers). Pros: Parking, Drinks Cons: Service, Food
