owner mike came to my home and measured my cabinets followed by a final measurement done a second time, after my cabinets were installed and being yelled at by Luisa who works at the cabinet factory over the installation date being wrong, the installer was able to reschedule his day and was at my home until 8pm and finished the installation in one day, dealing with the contractor was the only bright spot of this whole project. After 12 phone calls I finally spoke to Bob, whom I have never met he sent molding, and that was the last I have heard from anyone at the cabinet factory. After paying someone to come and try and figure something out with this random molding, I still have a gapping hole in my floor where my cabinets end, and left to figure it out. I have never received a return phone call from the owner Mike, who acted like he was ethical and valued customers has yet to return any calls. They have no problems promising satisfaction when they are taking your money, but if you have an issue they are no help.
