I sit all day in a chair with one arm extended making little moves with a computer mouse. Over the years that takes its toll and pain developed between my shoulder blades, up my neck and into my head. Even my lower back and hip developed pain from sitting all day. Within a month all of that was gone and I can now think about my work instead of the pains in my back. Occasionally the pains return, after all my job still requires using a computer all day, but now it just takes one or two visits to alleviate the pains for months at a time.
