I didn't know much about acupuncture but I do now - and what I know is that it works! I started going to Integrative Health Centers in Parkville about 6 months ago. I went with a laundry list of things I wanted the practitioner to address - mainly hot flashes and low energy! All I have to say is that Bill Zvarick is da bomb! My hot flashes are gone! I had been suffering from hot flashes and night sweats for months - and I haven't had either in ages. My energy is back as well. I wake up with a smile now instead of dragging myself out of bed. \r

When Bill moved to the Towson (Lutherville) location, I started going there. Both offices have a great relaxing atmosphere and fabulous staff - they are very personable and really care about me. They always know me by name when I show up for appointments. It is my favorite escape now - it is truly ME time! I get on the table and let my stress melt away. And it gets even better - they accept health insurance!\r

I hear that Maria Kimos is the best Massage Therapist around so I just set up an appointment to see her. Plus now they are doing yoga, t'ai chi and qi gong classes as well as nutrition lectures - all of this is totally up my alley! IHC is the best thing to happen to me! Thanks guys!
