Review content:
The gentleman that came in was very friendly and talkative -- he advised me to go with the basic services as our carpets needed replacing eventually (we already knew that just wanted a temporary fix). He sprayed some chemicals down to help remove pet odor at no additional charge and started cleaning. One hallway was filled with tiny pet stains and had a noticeable odor, and the living room really needed a revamp. After he finished and it dried (even though he advised me to not expect *miracles* it really looked amazing! He even cleaned a large spot that he noticed that wasn't part of the agreement for free! Great company, very reliable and timely. I say go for it if your looking for a carpet cleaner!
Pros: Relatively quick, high quality, pretty inexpensive as well!
Cons: None for me!
