Review content:
I started going to Ortho Rehab and Mike Dixey specifically 5 years ago for a shoulder subluxation injury. Through his rehab and workouts I made it through 4 years of collegiate football on the shoulder. His advice was always very clear to understand, and the strength and stability in my shoulder speaks for itself. Also consulted him on a different injury in the opposite shoulder, and without his help and advice I would still be searching to diagnose and treat my extremely rare injury. This is hands down the smartest group I have worked with (and I have worked with a lot of physical therapists both within the Minneapolis area and outside). Any athlete or parent of an athlete should have these guys at the top of their list.
