Review content:
They have more subcontractors than in-house crews according to their General Manger. They didn't tell me this fact when pitching their ""Trusted Name"", sent an unlicensed one totally unsupervised, and he did tremendous damage to my home. They sent him back time and again, despite knowing of his incompetence. It's their business model to make the sub pay for his mistakes, except we ended paying for their mistakes.
