I have been going to LuLu's forever! I have my favorites there but I have to say when my friends from Jersey come to Queens and specially ask me to pick up a few things there it is really saying something.
Also, I ordered my daughters 1st birthday cake there and I wanted it to be really special. I spoke to Charlie, the owner, and we designed the cake together. I was having dreams about that cake and when I went to pick it up it blew my mind. The best part was when I brought it to our table of 25 guests they all ""ooed"" and ""awwed"" and how magnificent it was and I really felt like I did something special for my little girl. Without Charlies eager help I don't know what I would have done.
Anyway, best bakery around (love the cheese danish and lobster tails).
