Review content:
The big challenge with my sewer line replacement was a gorgeous 50-year-old willow oak tree sitting on top of the line. Benjamin Franklin came in with the right tools to dig near the tree with minimal root damage (water jet/vacuum). They dug a small hole near the tree and a larger hole at the other end, then dragged the new line through. Although it might have been that easy, they did encounter some difficulties, including a broken cable, stripped teeth, and a blown fuse. Through the setbacks, they continued to work professionally late into the evening. They worked with great care around the tree. After installing the new line and hooking it up, they ran a camera down the length to ensure all was well. When they were finished, they filled the holes and carefully graded the dirt back to the original slope. Every job has its unique challenges; Benjamin Franklin handled my job's challenges extremely well.
