I had brand new berber carpet and pad installed last year on the stairs in the office and my bedroom and wow was it nice! It is light cream and tan and like walking on a cloud.\r

My six year old grand daughter was up visiting and we had just finished breakfast and were going into the office so she could play on the computer, she hadnt quite finished her juice (the kind that come in the boxes) so she brought it with her and i didnt think i had to worry because it was self contained or so i thought, she set it down on the desk and climbed on my lap so we could play together she bumped the drink box with her elbow and it fell to the floor and started spurting out of the straw, we kind of scrambled to get out of the chair and pick up the juice box , but the damage was done cherry juice was not pooling like it should have i grabbed some wash cloths and started dabbing the juice so i would spread it around.\r

Well need less to say i called Bob Bales and his guys they told me not to rub any more and that they would take care of the rest. \r

The guys at Bales came and removed the stain ( I really thought it was too late) and made it look just as good as it ever has.
