RKR Home Inspections helped me as a first time home buyer. There is a huge learning curve. With access to the internet and tons of television shows and how to guides you would think it would be much easier. But that really makes it even more scary. All of the shows warn us about bad home inspections and how things can go wrong. Not the case with RKR Home Inspections. After looking through reviews and reading everything on their site, we decided RKR Home Inspections was the best bet we had. And Raymond did not disappoint. We had fast and accurate information and communication, a very detailed report with lots of tips and recommendations that let us know he was paying attention and not just following a form or check list. The information and turn around were great and very appreciated. Raymond worked with our Realtor and even as a long time pro in the business, he was impressed by his work. With this being a huge first time investment for us, we were happy to know that RKR Home Inspections cared about it as if they were going to buy the home themselves so we felt we were in good hands.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
