lived there a coupla years and find its like anywhere else. got some of the best neighbors around me. kids are a pain, but heck what if you grew up in a very tight community. really wish they would use the sidewalks though.management aint alot of help, thats true enough. but overall i live in a quiet part and never had a problem with vandelism or noisy neighbors. like just about everybody else i imagine i would rather live in a real house somewhere better, but hey, im still here for the foreseeable future makin the best of it. and it really aint all that bad. they painted our roads. woo hoo, patch the hole in front of my house and im good. lol
