How this company is still in business is beyond me. I ordered a replacement part on 3/2/13 and paid more for FedEx shipping and I have never reviewed any word from their company about the status. I have called and emailed multiple times. FINALLY!! I posted on their Facebook page about the status of my order and wow!! SOMEONE RESPONDS!!! They tell me they employ five people and answer phones and emails from the moment they clock in to when they leave. BS!!! Then they said well do you want us to just cancel the order? How can it be cancelled?!!! It's been almost a week and I paid for FedEx delivery surely it's in transit!! I just want a tracking number !!! But they have no answer for that. So it has never been shipped!!! I wanted to shampoo my carpets before my husband came home from Afghanistan but i guess not!! Worthless !
