Disappointment doesn't begin to express my feelings after trusting Evan and Ryan to provide me with fair and competent repair on my truck. Both times that I took in for repairs the misdiagnosis resulted in repair costing twice as much and took twice as long as quoted. The last time after two weeks in their shop finally had to take vehicle to another shop and pay again to have what they claimed to have replaced at cost of $1200.00 repaired at additional cost of $775.00. They refused to reimburse me for the additional costs because I refused to use their approved shops for evaluation which would have resulted in more out of pocket expenses and lost time from work. As it was lost 2 weeks of vacation time waiting for repairs which I sure could use now that have suffered broken foot and unable to work. Now must waste more time and money pursuing matter in small claims court. What bothered me the most was the violation of the trust I put in them so if you are looking for honest repairs go somewhere else.
