New to Fletcher. Decided to take a chance on Fletcher Care Care and I couldn't be more happy that I did. I inherited a grandfathers 1999 Monte and keep it as a 2nd and for sentimental reasons. It sits for long periods without being started and after moving to NC it started having to be jumped frequently and the brakes were squeeking a lot. After a couple of days with Mark and the folks at FCC they concluded that it was just the excessive moisture in the new climate that was causing brakes and possibly my GPS that was causing dead battery. They had every opportunity to 'soak' me with a big bill and they didn't. I come from a big midwest city and crooked mechanics are a commonplace tactic. Fletcher Care Care will have any and all of our business as long as we live in the Asheville area and I will recommend them highly to anyone that needs auto servicing. Thanks Mark
