DO NOT USE!!! UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY $$$. I typically fix most of my own household items. When my refrigerator broke,feeling crunched for time, I decided to call A&P. The tech was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the office manager. The original diagnosis from the tech only uncovered one issue. I bought the part (30% higher than other local sources) and installed it myself as it only took two screws and 3 connectors (SIMPLE). Unfortunately it didn't fix the issue. I called the office and they said the tech would come out and do another diagnosis. He identified another issue. I went to the office to pick up the part and they tried to collect another diagnosis fee. I had already paid $79.99. After a confrontation she waved the fee and I bought the part (again at a higher price, didn't realize this until later). Installed and still have the original problem. I'm out $250 and don't have a working fridge. I will NOT call them again!
