I had my procedure on 3/13/2013. I'm just a week and a half post-procedure and so far I am very excited about the results I'm seeing. I had upper and lower abs, waist, hips, and bra rolls done. Even when I was at my thinnest, I never really had a waist-line that I could see. I now see defintion in that area! \r

I would recommend to anyone considering body-contouring to have reasonable expectations and plan for a little downtime following the procedure. I went back to work in five days but could have used a few more days recovering at home. Since I had several areas treated, the recovery is taking a little longer than excpected. Within a week, I started feeling like moving around more and that has helped with the tenderness. I feel the second-stage compression garment is essential for comfort and swelling, as well as helping me continue my daily walking routing with more comfort and ease. Slowly I'm working toward more physical activity. I'm finding this to be the key, moving around not sitting around helps me feel better and aids in recovery. \r

I had fat removed from areas I was never able to take care of with excercise or diet. I would lose the weight where I didn't want it gone, but keep it where I wanted it gone! I feel my body looks more proportionate since the procedure. The contouring my doctor provided looks amazing. \r

I see this as a new start for me in my life. I'm excited to see the results emerge even more in time. I've already begun pulling out clothes from my closet I thought I would never wear again! Thank you to Dr. Christensen and all the staff at Sono Bello!
