I thought Michael from Floor Decor was very honest and above board. I liked that he sat at my kitchen table and worked up the estimate while I waited. I liked that he broke down the estimate into all the different parts so there were no mystery charges.
I had shopped for this particular project at three other floor places before I settled on Floor Decor. His estimate was not the lowest (nor the highest) but it was reasonable. The work is absolutely beautiful. I wish you could see this floor. It is cut precisely to the molding and the woodwork. It look like a million bucks!
