Review content:
We have been there twice & ate there once. Both times we received horrible service starting at the front door. The 1st time we went there it was just my wife and I. It took 1.5 hours to get seated but the food was good. This last visit was just the other night. We were there with a group of five. When we walked in we were third on the list to be seated. we waited over an hour as the the bar area emptied and filled back up twice. We asked about being on the back burner and were told by the owner that we were a large party and would have to wait until a larger table opened up. What happened to putting two tables together to accommodate guests? I have to admit the food is wonderful but all the good food in the world and lousy service never equal a great dining experience. We left Cunetto's and went across the street to Lou Boccardi's and had wonderful service and great food. If you want a better dining experience I would look else where, from reading other reviews we aren't the only ones receiving bad service
