I have been a patron of the hair salon in the Spokane Valley for over 10 years. The salon has been owned and operated in the valley by the same owner, a lovely gal named "Bert" for over 20 years.
What makes Shear Illusions stand out from the other salons, is the staff that works there, and how they really care about making you look your personal best, and their prices are very competitive with other salons.
There is a gift boutique in the salon that has one of a kind gifts. When you first walk in you may think it looks "pricey" but once you start shopping in the boutique you will see their prices are very, very affordable!!
If you have a hair emergency, they get you right in. They are honest about the prices up front, and willing to work with you, and listen to what the client wants. They do hair, nails, extensions, for your ego, not theirs.
Once I went in to get a cut, and could not afford to do the upkeep of the hair color/frost, and the hairdresser did it for free, stating we have all had tight times. Judging by the outside of the salon, with its high-end look, one does not realize how good and down to earth the staff there is. I have recommended many co-workers to go there, and everyone has been so satisfied.
It is a perfect salon experience, you will not be disappointed!
