Review content:
This place moved into the Vons center and were all over the parking lot handing out flyiers for free monthly massages with an elevation service for a monthly membership fee......some good massage therapists but they encourage you to try them all and some are very terrible and act as if they are annoyed to be working on you.\r \r The front desk is completely disorganized. They tried to charge us when we had our free massage and kept saying ""nothings free"" ..... it took the owner to be called and tell the front desk they were wrong. Then when you book certain therapists and certain massage rooms, they ALWAYS screw it up and put you with the wrong person in the wrong room.\r \r Bottom line, has great potential, but the staff is horribly trained, rude, and chase away business. Spend the extra $ and go elsewhere to make it worthwhile. \r \r Just sit in the lobby for fifteen minutes and you will see them telling a ""client"" some lame excuse for their old bait and switch sales tactics.
