Review content:
My buying experience at Randal Reed's Prestige was extremely painless. I expressed to Suzanne Baker and Tony Roberson that my purchase was not planned and I had some trepidation. They took time to explain my options and made the otherwise uneasy experience pleasant. I had driven to Dallas from Midland, TX. Upon entering the city my 2007 Edge died, just seconds after the ""check engine"" light came on. Until that moment, I had not experienced any trouble with my car. I spent several 100 dollars trying to get the car running, when the local mechanic researched the matter online and discovered that others had also had the same problem...something regarding the PMC. At that time I made the decision to purchase the new Edge. I tell you the background for two reasons. 1- I really liked my old Edge. I like the size, the gas mileage... At 96,000 plus miles, I had not experienced one problem with the car. I was careful to keep current with my maintenance. 2-Against the advice of family members, I purchased another Edge hoping that my experience with the old Edge was an isolated incident. Again, the staff at Prestige was wonderful. I am happy with my 2013 Edge. I was also happy with my 2007 Edge.
