Review content:
Apartment building smells. No one cleans up after their pets & there is dog dirt & garbage (including chicken bones & glass) all over the place outside. Have notified management, but nothing changes. Have filed multiple noise complaints, but nothing is ever done about them. Floors & walls are paper thin- I can hear EVERYTHING that my neighbors are doing. There are supposed to be dog breed restrictions, but no one enforces them, or any other rules. The dog park area is a joke- a fenced in bit of mud covered with dog dirt. Laundry machines are expensive & there are only 2 sets per building. All in all, rent here is entirely too expensive for what you actually get.\r
The only real plus is location... but convenience only goes so far.
