Review content:
My girlfriend recently took her 2001 VW Jetta into Eurowise after the EPC light came on and our OBD-2 scanner showed several misfires. Eurowise found some problems with old hoses and some parts in the turbo. Two days after paying the bill and picking up the car, the same problem happened again with the same codes on the OBD-2 scanner. We promptly called Eurowise about the problem and took the vehicle in. They found another problem with the vehicle that they missed the first time and fixed it free of charge. I work on enterprise computer systems for a living. I know that in something as complex and a computer or a car, even professionals don't always get things right on the first try. What made Eurowise stand out was how they handled the situation.
