Three years ago, I was about to get rid of my dog! Gidget is a Terrier mix and was completely out of control, I was about to take her to the shelter until my neighbor begged me to go to Pet Essentials. Karen, one of the owners, helped train us. She didn't just train Gidget, she taught me how to communicate with Gidget. It's so simple and she comes from a common sense approach, I kind of feel silly that I couldn't see this before but now Gidget is the best trained dog and I owe it all to Karen and Pet Essentials. I have been a loyal customer for the past 3 years now and would never consider going to any other pet store in Charlotte.
