This pet store is by far the best in Charlotte. The staff there is so knowledgeable & warm. They are so willing to help & make sure your pet is healthy. I was feeding my new puppy NutroMax Puppy & they said that is one of the worst foods you can buy because of all the filler. My puppy wasn't eating the food. Once I switched to the puppy food they recommended, she started eating more food! She's much more active now. The toys are great. You might pay a little more for their food/toys/etc, but it is worth is for the caring environment you are in.
Pros: Knowledgeable & Caring Staff
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
