I'm amazed that people will leave bad reviews such as the ones listed, where they are making up stories about Paul and Pet Essentials. Those are so ridiculous that they are obviously from a competitor in the area. I have been a customer of Pet Essentials for some time now and Paul has done nothing but go out of his way to give me the best price and special order things for me. The first time I did business with him was over the phone and he was extremely helpful. Everyone there has always been very helpful and gracious to me when I come in to shop. I hope that anyone reading those previous reviews will go by and shop there to make up their own mind and not believe such nonsense that was put in those reviews. He truly cares about selling nutritious food and is very knowledgeable about the products that he sells. He wouldn't have been in business as long as he has if this wasn't true.
