i have lived hear 4 years and still stuck till august, we have had 4 ""managers"" that have run this place under ground in that time i keep a clean house and chemical bomb my house regularity i lay down boric acid stiky traps but NOTHING helps i cant even have friends over, durty stained stinky hallways, you cant get anything fixed, managers are incompetent, they let a manager go, and a few weeks later i got a 3 day eviction notice for $1,440.50 just to be told that our leas dose not match theres so they have been charging me a extra $60 a month + a $85 late fee since august 2012!!! and it not just me they handed out over 10 evictions because the ex-manager was to incompetent to handle the books and has been caught forging leases and signatures!!! i have been harassed and verbally assaulted by all 4 managers about ""rules"" that are nowhere to be found on the lease. ive had things stolen from my house with locked doors while staff had access to my keys. hummm door locked when i left door locked when i got home and still things were missing!!!
