I've done a good amount of business with these guys and I like them. They retrofitted a brand new Dell I bought with Windows XP, which is a lot harder and more time consuming than it sounds, and the price was very fair. I bought two flat panel monitors from them to use as second monitors for two different computers and they were only $15 each (mind you, they are slightly outdated compared to my LCD monitors but they get the job done). I think some of the complaints on here about rudeness are probably people who are not used to talking with socially challenged computer dudes. The staff is not exactly shining in their approach to customer interactions, but just be polite and they'll get the job done for a good price. As a bonus, the owner is open to bundling in some extra equipment for cheap prices when you have some work done.
