About a month ago my son was using the toilet and clogged it. When he flushed it it ran. He didn't know what to do and I wasn't home so he just closed the door and let it run! Needless to say when I got home water was everywhere! And it started smelling really bad. I called my insurance USAA and they called premier cuz I guess they are like a prefferred vendor with them. I've had nothing but good experiences with my insurance so I trusted this company. And there is a good reason USAA uses them because they were awesome! They had to do some pretty extensive demo to rid my house of the nasty water that soaked into my carpets and walls and stuff. But they had it all done in just a couple hours. They made the whole house smell great and even used a green product to kill the bacteria. There technicians were super friendly and I felt safe with them in my house if you know what I mean! Plus the office people were very nice, almost to nice haha. My house was back to normal in no time and they handled everything with my insurance. Super good experience with these guys. Def recommend them if you have any kind of flooding. What a relief and thank God for good insurance! USAA rocks!
