I am single woman who bought a used Corolla from a local family. It is the nicest car I ever bought myself. I was going to detail it myself but thought I'd splurge! This place was recommend by an good auto repair shop and so I couldn't wait to have a car that felt like it was really mine and like it was new. Well, I was never so disappointed. I almost cried. When I picked it up I noticed that food, dust and dirt were still ALL OVER the interior of the car. The pocket behind the passenger seat still had oatmeal in it from the first owner's children. There was still sand all over the floor and clay dirt in the trunk. The glass on the dash was streaked in some places and stilly dusty in others. The cruise control gear was covered in dust. I remember because I specifically left that alone thinking that the detailer would get it. It literally appeared that the only thing they did was vacuum the floor mats and wipe a cloth over dash. I did find some buff cream on the outside so I think they must have done that part. But the worst was the way I was treated when I asked for my money back. Mr. Blandin refused to give me any money back. Mr. and Mrs. Blandin both told me that I was ""too picky"" and that the $115.00 I paid was ""cheap"". Mr. Blandin even said that I must not get along with men because I am so picky. Mrs. Blandin asked me if I was ""perfect"". I'm not sure if I would have gotten a dime back if I hadn't mentioned the BBB and started recording the argument with my cell phone! Mr. and Mrs. Blandin- it's time to retire and let the PICKY people do the auto DETAILING!
