Review content:
I visited this spa a couple days ago with a friend who had visited before, and I loved my facial and massage. However, the front desk just ruins the whole experience. They talk to you about series when you come in. Then the therapist talks about it, then they go into it AGAIN when you leave...seriously?! I heard you the first time. Then, to top it all off, when we were waiting to check out, there was a woman behind the desk that was just so loud and pushy, it was downright rude. Then my friend tells me that was the owner! No thank you. Unfortunately, the therapists were great. But it's not worth dealing with the rest of it. A spa is supposed to be RELAXING! Not just during the service- but the WHOLE EXPERIENCE!
