If you want to be pampered and treated as a king or queen, I do NOT recommend Spa Sydell at the Forum or any other Spa Sydell location for that matter. Guest service employees will patronize you just enough to get your money and if you have any disagreement with them they will slander you the minute you leave.\r
Some technicians are kind and caring and give a wonderful massage or facial, but the rest of the spa leaves much to be desired. Only use Spa Sydell as a last resort!
