My family wanted to give me a special treat for Mother's Day so they surprised me with a full hour massage at Spa Sydell. I happen to work in the area of The Forum so I decided to go ahead and give it a try. I was totally shocked that I really do like to be pampered and the deep muscle massage was fantastic.\r

My family was delighted that I enjoyed it so much so I know they will encourage me to continue to give myself some more pampering. I have a stressful job and this\r
was just what I needed to get some of the tension released. \r

The staff at the Forum was extremely warm and friendly and made me feel relaxed since it was my first time and I was a bit nervous.\r
