Review content:
The key would not start the ignition. I called and said i probably needed a new steering lock. Car was towed in, and a loaner was given. It took over three weeks to get the part needed, which was back ordered from Germany. Willy checked in with me several times, and let me know of the progress. Upon completion of the job, he told me that only one of the two parts that they thought I would need were actually needed after all. There was an additional problem with a rear window regulator and the window was stuck open. He was also kind enough to get them to put the window up for me until I get it replaced. (He was actually concerned that he wouldn't be able to wash the car with the window stuck in the open position!)
