Terrible! Worst mistake EVER!!! Sasha the OWNER was very helpful until I paid the balance, then He wouldn't return calls/e-mails in a timely manner. Her information was incorrect about items that could be moved. The original quote was $2200 but then when they could not get a semi Trailer in my driveway, the charged $600 more. They hired another moving company {I FIND OUT LATER IT WAS THE SAME MOVERS BUT USING A DIFFERENT NAME AS ALLIANCE MOVERS . } to actually do the move and they were a NIGHTMARE! SACHA with ALLIANCE MOVERS . I called @ 10am on Sunday and said I had to have another $1356 in cash or money order by 7am Monday! NYC CITY VAN left hundreds of dollars of stuff @ the old address and broke/damaged hundreds of dollars more. I'm still trying to get compensation and the move was 9/30/10. The biggest $4000 mistake I've EVER made!!! Huge scam/rip off.
