First, the staff is very polite which is good because we had just left a dealership prior to where the salesman was rude and pushy. well, that doesnt get you my money. The staff at Bay State was very polite, not pushy and worked with us very closely. However I had numerous problems with the truck I bought. I had an idea that 2005 Ford F150s had a few manufacture flaws, but I specifically asked if the truck had gotten a tune up prior to me buying it. I was told yes it had a FULL tune up when they had gotten the vehicle in. Whether the maintenance staff didnt tell the sales staff the true story or not, the tune up consisted of an oil change and fluid change, and had nothing done to the spark plugs. The reason why I say this is because to change the spark plugs, it can cost up to $600 due to the manufacture error. Within a few months, my truck was sputtering when it was accelerating and I was told it is due to the spark plugs that were NEVER changed. I would go back to the due to their fair prices and willingness to bargain, but be careful on the questions you ask because you may not get the truth. Like i said whether it was one dept not talking to the other, they should be on the same page because i ended up having about $5000 worth of work done just in enough time before the warranty expired (at a ford dealership because i was told by the mechanic that i should go see ""professionals"")
