Don't trust or give IKASA FURNITURE & MATTRESS (especially the Hartford store) company your hard earned money!! They will lie to you about the furniture they have in stock; they will continue to delay & promise without results; & the final thing they will try doing is keep your money & not give you anything!!! Last Dec.2012 they tried doing this to me. They tried staying with my money (CASH) & not deliver the item I paid for!!! When I demanded a refund they tried forcing me to get store credit!!! No more will they take from people like me who only want things at an affordable price but if paying a little extra at another place guarantees good service and great furniture I won't make the mistake again. I will no longer let these big companies put their stores in our communities and try to cheat us!!! My money is just as important and valuable even if they don't think so. Take my advice and don't make the same mistake. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM IKASA FURNITURE & MATTRESS STORE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
