Review content:
If you are reading this, you were probably contacted by Motus regarding a job. They probably told you that they ""don't do cattle calls"" and only bring candidates in if they have a job that matches your qualifications. Lies # 1 & 2. \r Maybe you are unemployed and a little bit desperate, I've been there. So you go for an ""interview"" and they ask you the usual interview questions. They blow smoke up your a** about the companies they work with and how they just got x# of jobs to fill today (WOW!). You believe them because, well, you are desperate and their office is pretty nice. Lies # 3 & 4.\r Your ""interview"" ends with the ""recruiter"" telling you that they'll be in touch, and they'll send you available jobs. Lies # 5 & 6.\r You don't hear anything, so you call. Nothing. You email. Nothing. You call again and are sent right to voice mail. Or the ""recruiter"" is always unavailable (convenient!).\r You are told that their number one company is Nike. That Nike keeps them really busy. I am doubtful that they even recruit for Nike. Or anyone for that matter.\r \r In short, my ""tip"" would be:\r Don't waste your time. Use the 45-60 minutes you'd waste in an ""interview"" searching for real jobs.
