Fantastic with dogs that need more attention! I heard about Primrose Lane Farm from my vet. I was so impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly staff and my dog came back looking beautiful and happy. I will definitely be a repeat customer! This means a lot to me because my dog is not a ""normal"" dog by any stretch of the imagination. She is absolutely terrified of any strangers. She won't bite and she's not aggressive - she just stays as far away as possible from anyone that is not us. Familiar people who aren't family are only slightly better. She has been this way since she was a puppy and while she has gotten better working with trainers, she still has major issues. So, when we needed to find a kennel to keep her in, I looked very carefully at our options. Primrose Lane Farm came highly recommended, and they were very friendly and professional over the phone. So, we gave them a try. They were terrific! To make her more comfortable we did Day Care for a few weeks before boarding. They were kind and patient with her issues, gave her cuddles and treats, and eased her into play yard fun with other dogs. However, the best recommendation I can give is that she didn't come out any worse and has not shown any more hesitation than usual when we have taken her back. In fact, she has bonded to the owners dog and she genuinely has opened up to the staff there. She will never be ""normal"" but they understand and accommodate her. I don't know that I ever hoped to find this and I am very grateful. \r \r \r
