Review content:
My wife & I ate there this evening. I was really worried when every dish only had 3 options: beef, bean or combo. The menu said that you could substitute chicken fajita for the beef but that was the only option. You couldn't get just chicken. I asked if I they could do cheese enchiladas & they could so I ordered the enchilada platter w/ one bean & one cheese. They were buried under a huge glop of melted cheese (definitely not cheddar but not sure what it was). And much to my surprise, toward the end of eating the cheese one, I discovered that the cheese not only wasn't melted, but it was mozzarella! Who ever heard of mozzarella cheese in Mexican food!! My wife's Mile High Nachos were almost burnt on top & when she got toward the end, it was burned there too. As one reviewer on Yelp put it: ""I've got a cast iron stomach & this place is really testing the limits!"" Taco Bell would've been SO much better than this & way cheaper to boot! Do yourself a favor & pass this place up! If I could give it less than 1 star, believe me, I WOULD!!
