Review content:
I had my 98 Chevy Suburban repaired by Autocraft yesterday and was extremely impressed by their customer service. I really like the fact that they seem personally connected to each customer I heard them speak to. They also cleaned the windshied, which I greatly appreciated as I am only 5 ft tall and can't reach the center without standing on a stepladder. They also spent considerable time working out an estimate on the 90,000 mile service that my husband's car is due for, and suggested that they would be willing to do it a bit at a time, as it is quite expensive. It would not have occured to me to ask for that. Their customer service rewards card is well worth signing up for, and comes with a free tow for the first vehicle worked on. With my high milage older truck, there is a good chance that I will be taking advantage of that.
