I too when reading the reviews had thought that I may not check her out but I am glad I reconsidered. They are thorough with explaining questions and getting back to their clients the day you leave a voicemail. I am currently going through a miscarriage scare and every time I have called they made it a point to get back to me to let me know they got my message and they will get back to me as soon as they talk to the doctor and they then get back to me the day of and asked for me to come in that very afternoon! The doctor went ahead and saw me just so she could talk to me and lay out all scenarios before sending me out to get blood work etc done (for those who have very early pregnancies going thru signs of miscarrying this is what you will entail and sometimes they go ahead and make these appointments for you before you get to talk to your doctor about it). The receptionist Von does an excellent job. Only downside you aren't allowed to bring your children but it is for maintaining a healthy environment. Monica is right on with everything that she mentioned. Ive been going here since November and I look forward to going and I know that I will be in and out within an hour. I highly recommend her and her team!
