Review content:
I was excited for my facial. When I checked in they confirmed my service, however when starting my facial and 3 other times during, Claire said I was planning a massage not a full facial and so I'm not really set up. I did not get what I made an appointment for or paid for. I had one obvious extraction that did not get extracted. I received no feed back about my skin. I wish they would have rescheduled me for a facial with a qualified person another time.
