Review content:
Kevin had a few issues with the schedule, but finally made it after a few days of rescheduling. He installed a new garage door opener motor, chain, keypad entries, fixed the hinges, adjusted the alignment of the door, and lubricated the rollers and the spring. We also received two remote openers.
We used their Angie's List deal $389 for $620 worth of garage door tune up.
I'm not sure if it was really $231.00 worth of savings because this seems to be the standard rate for the service we received. Kevin gave us $50.00 off because we are thinking about getting a new door so he held off on replacing the nylon bearing rollers until we get a new door. The total came to $55 dollars off because I think he mistakenly thought the service was for $384.00 instead of $389.00, but I'm not arguing with that.
He did a good job and communicated well with our questions and instructions on using and maintaining our garage door. The only problem I have is he installed the door opener sensors on the bottom of the door. I have seen them installed on the top of doors too. When they are on the bottom you have to always be on the lookout when you move things around them, not to bump them and they are a bit cumbersome. I think I might call them tomorrow and see if he can move them to the top of the door so they are not in the way anymore.
