Customers Beware!!\r
As an owner of my own company I have been surprised by the service and response from Mack Services. Mack came to my house to clean my oil filter and nozzle in January. Less than 6 weeks later they had to come back to do the exact same thing. The technician that came back told me the guy that worked on my furnace should have told me I needed a cleaning also. He said the guy did not have the best attitude and was probably one of his bad days. I called the service manager Bill and he told me it was my problem that 6 weeks was outside their time period for doing the same service.\r
